Initial steps:
Survey three distinct generations on the roles of schools and how they measure up. Use direct and indirect survey questions to address.

Study the surveys to get a consensus feel on what the different generations are feeling about the roles and success of schools.

Take ti to the schools. Go school by school and evaluate if the roles of the schools in the surveys are being met and what is successful about each school.

Create open source collaborative dialog between the generations on schools and between the schools so they can learn from one another.

Design and develop new systems where the roles and success are not being met and incorporate the systems in which they are.
